Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 30 days of the order date. For a full refund (minus shipping charges), please do the following:

1. Ensure your book(s) are in their original condition;
2. Include your packing slip; and
3. Return within 30 days of the order date.

Other Notes

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
3. All supplements (CDs, access codes, etc.) must be returned for a full refund.
4. Allow up to 1 week for the refund to be issued.
5. It is preferable to return your items via FedEx or insured USPS parcel post with delivery confirmation. Carriers require that you file a claim should the items be lost or damaged.
6. We do not accept CODs.

Late Returns

Returned items must be received within 30 days of the order date on your packing slip. Items received after 30 days will be credited current buyback value. To check current buyback value, please visit our “sell books” page.
